Changes to restricted certificates of sponsorship applications come into force

It has been announced that changes will be made to the codes of practice for skilled employers and these will come into force from 6 March 2013. Due to the UKBA updating the list of skilled occupations to reflect the Standard Occupational Classification (SOC) 2010 system, it has had to change the arrangements for restricted certificates of sponsorship applications in March, April and May 2013.
