We acted for the RCVS in proceedings brought against a vet who failed to comply with government directions for testing for bovine tuberculosis and falsely certified documents relating to those tests.

The disciplinary committee found the registrant guilty of disgraceful conduct in a professional respect and directed that his name be removed from the register.
