Two daughters injured by driver while cycling with their father

We were able to secure more than £40,000 in damages for two girls injured after a driver lost control of her vehicle on a country lane and collided with them as they cycled with their father.

Both girls sustained upper and lower limb fractures, permanent scarring and some minor psychological injury. One child's injuries resulted in numerous operations and permanent symptoms. We were able to recover £34,500 and £6,000 in compensation for their injuries.
