Support for cyclist injured in car collision

Our client, a male cyclist, was injured when a driver pulled out from a junction to his left and collided with him as he was cycling along a main road to work. The conditions were dry and bright and the cyclist had right of way.

The driver had not looked properly before pulling out of the junction and, as a result, pulled out in front of the cyclist who had no time to take avoiding action and collided with the vehicle. Our client fell from his bicycle and landed on the ground fracturing his shoulder and sustaining soft tissue injuries to his legs and ankles and other superficial lacerations.

We were able to secure £12,000 compensation for his accident.
