Reprimand for registrant who failed to pay annual fees
Mr S was brought before his professional regulatory body following a period when he had been practising while not on the register. Mr S had failed to pay his annual retention fees despite a number of warnings. He continued to practise, again despite warnings that to do so would constitute professional misconduct.
The registrant was found guilty of serious professional misconduct and was issued with a reprimand.
Nicole Curtis represented the regulator before the disciplinary committee.
