Representation at inquest secures admission of liability

We acted for a young woman in her 20s who sustained catastrophic injuries when she was involved in a head-on collision while travelling as a passenger in a car. Tragically, the driver of the vehicle she was in was killed in the accident.

The police investigation into the circumstances of the accident was prolonged and our client and her family were left with limited information. By attending the inquest, we were able to obtain crucial evidence about the circumstances of the crash from witness testimony.

This enabled us to build a strong case and secure an admission of liability from the insurers of the deceased driver’s car. As a result, we obtained substantial interim funding to cover our client’s immediate and ongoing rehabilitation needs.
