An Indian IT professional was shocked to receive a Home Office letter cancelling his permission to remain here.

His unscrupulous employer had been obtaining work permits by deception. The company was investigated by Work Permits (UK), which revoked a number of permits, including that of our client. He was completely oblivious of this until our investigations revealed the facts. We successfully appealed the curtailment decision and he was allowed to stay under a work permit with a reputable employer.
