Meeting multiple retail challenges
We acted for an institutional investor in the forward funding of a complex retail development near Durham. We advised on contracts for land remediation and for the new build of a superstore, car park and petrol filling station, as well as for the redevelopment of an existing football stadium on the remediated land.
We drafted and reviewed development agreements, building contracts, subcontracts, consultant appointments and collateral warranties for each consultant, contractor and subcontractor for each element of the scheme.
