Managing changing requirements in schools PFI project
Our team advised an infrastructure equity provider and project company on variations made to the project agreement and construction contracts used for a grouped schools PFI project in Exeter which resulted in additional construction work and design issues.
We advised on and drafted documents issued between the project company, the contractor and the facilities management company to deal with the allocation of risk arising out of these changes.
