Fraudulent gold ATM scheme leaves investors out of pocket

We are acting for individuals who invested in a scheme set up by a company called Zen Gold ATM Limited. They were persuaded to invest in the alleged Ponzi scheme which was to acquire ATM vending machines from which to dispense 24-carat gold coins and bars within shopping centres.

Having paid various 'investment' sums to the company, our clients allege that their funds have been misappropriated, as nothing has come of the gold ATM scheme and various alleged fraudsters have been investigated by the police.

We are progressing our clients’ claim for the recovery of their investments in this apparent fraud in the Queen’s Bench Division of the High Court and have successfully obtained a world-wide freezing injunction of the defendants’ assets to prevent them from disposing of them before our clients’ claim is resolved.
