Energy saving recommendations
Specialist advice was given to a bio-energy company on its contracts for the development of an anaerobic digester on leased agricultural land on a number of sites. Our work included advising on the form of process engineering contract to be used for the project.
We advised on and negotiated the terms of a development agreement which contained detailed provisions for delivering the works and the commencement of operations as well as the provision of warranties with step in rights for the land owners.
