We recently acted for a client who was on a skiing holiday in France. She was descending a blue run and there were signs on the piste advising skiers to slow down. Despite this, a snowboarder travelling at high speed struck her from behind.

Our client was injured in a skiing accident in Alpe d'Huez, France. She was descending a blue run with her husband when she was hit from behind by another skier. She dislocated her shoulder and also injured her hand.

We are acting for an experienced skier who was badly injured while on holiday in Austria. Our client is no longer able to make use of his arms and has had to move to a house that is more suitable for his needs.
