Funding a personal injury claim
Initial advice about a potential personal injury claim is usually provided without charge or obligation so that our solicitors can properly assess and advise you on the merits of bringing a compensation claim before you commit.
After this assessment, some people are able to use legal expenses insurance which they may have under a household contents insurance policy or union funding.
Most of our cases, however, are dealt with under conditional fee agreements – commonly referred to as ‘no win no fee’ agreements.
These are assessed on a case by case basis according to the merits of each individual claim but where we can offer such agreements, it means that you are protected by not having to pay any costs as the case is ongoing or if you are unsuccessful.
