Victoria Spires

Senior associate

Victoria is a senior associate in the employment team. She advises both employers and employees on day-to-day employment issues and disputes, including disciplinary and grievance matters, managing sickness absence, redundancies, restructurings, and broader employee relations.

She has particular expertise in defending complex multi-day discrimination claims in the Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal on behalf of employers. Victoria acts for a broad range of clients across sectors including education, charities, energy and life sciences, as well as transport and hospitality.  Having worked within these sectors since qualification, she understands the regulatory constraints and reputational sensitivities they face.
