Xiao Wei is an associate in the marine, trade and aviation team in the Singapore office.

She regularly advises and represents shipowners, charterers and oil trading companies in disputes relating to charterparty and cargo claims, as well as bills of lading and trade finance matters, and has been praised by clients for being ‘extremely hardworking and meticulous’.

I focus on helping clients resolve shipping and trade disputes efficiently, providing clear advice on charterparty, cargo claims, and trade finance matters.

Prior to joining Penningtons Manches Cooper, Xiao Wei was part of the international trade, shipping and sanctions team at a local senior counsel’s law chambers, gaining Singapore court experience.
