Maud Vandaneigen

Associate

Maud is an associate in the marine, trade and aviation team in Paris. She advises and assists institutional clients in the maritime sector – for example, ports and shipowners – the road sector – in particular, freight forwarders – and the insurance sector, in disputes relating to the maritime and road transport of goods.

She also acts in yachting cases and represents insurance companies and their policyholders in civil liability disputes concerning, for example, personal injury. Depending on their needs, Maud can also act for these clients, or on behalf of individuals, in civil and commercial disputes before the French courts, particularly in property law and banking liability.

As a lawyer, I think it’s important to be both responsive and attentive to our clients’ needs. My aim is to ensure the success of their project by proposing effective solutions tailored to their needs.
