Thomas is an associate in the private client team specialising in advising on tax, trusts and succession planning.

He advises both UK-based and international individuals on inheritance tax and succession planning including lifetime gifts, setting up trusts and family investment companies, and putting in place tax efficient UK and cross-border wills. Thomas often collaborates with advisers in other jurisdictions to provide clients with an international estate plan. He regularly advises trustees and beneficiaries on trusts matters including varying the terms of existing settlements and will trusts, and the associated tax and reporting requirements.
