Simon is an experienced transactional lawyer in the corporate team, guiding business owners and management on all their legal requirements. His expertise spans sales and purchases, management buyouts, reorganisations, and joint ventures.

He also advises on the funding needs of new and existing businesses, including ownership structures, shareholder and partnership agreements, governance, and best practices. He works with businesses active in the UK and internationally, regularly advising on cross-border transactions and projects for clients entering the UK market through investment or acquisition.
