Sarah Parkinson

Senior knowledge lawyer

Sarah is a senior knowledge lawyer for the employment team based in London. She has 25 years’ experience across a broad range of employment matters, acting for both employees and employers in a variety of sectors including financial services, technology and the public sector, and has a particular interest in issues relating to diversity, equality and inclusion.

For the past 15 years Sarah has focussed on knowledge management with an employment focus, and is responsible for the implementation, management and monitoring of strategic knowledge services with the employment team. Sarah supports and promotes the work of the employment team through drafting precedents, keeping the team and its clients up to date on developing areas of the law, and harnessing new technology and ways of working to deliver an efficient and effective service. In addition, Sarah manages the team’s content strategy and regularly writes articles for client publications. She also writes and delivers content for internal and external training programmes.

I have always loved the broad spectrum of employment law and that it is a fast-moving area of the law which has a real and direct impact on people’s lives. Since 2010 I have been lucky enough to combine my passion for employment law with my keen interest in knowledge management and legal technology.
