Rachel is a senior associate in the private client and tax team. She is a trusted advisor for a wide range of clients, including individuals and families.
By combining her extensive legal knowledge with a deep understanding of the sensitive nature of her work, Rachel advises on a broad range of private client matters including estate administration, will drafting and tax planning, lifetime succession, preparation of lasting powers of attorney, and the creation and administration of trusts.
I recognise the importance of guiding and assisting clients through the legal and tax complexities that arise during life and on death in a clear, concise and approachable manner. I am able to advise clients across the various aspects of private client practice, including estate administration, estate planning, wills and powers of attorney.
Rachel’s key focus is on providing clear and practical advice in a pragmatic, precise and tailored manner, helping clients navigate complex legal situations with clarity and understanding. In particular, she specialises in advising on the administration of estates, from the straightforward to high net worth estates, including those with complex assets, intestate estates, sensitive circumstances, and those which have an international element, including assets in other jurisdictions. Rachel qualified as a solicitor in 2011 and since 2014 has been a full member of STEP (the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners), the world’s leading organization for private wealth professionals.
