Pria Mehta

Associate

Pria is an experienced associate within the private client team. She has a broad range of experience in assisting individuals with their personal affairs throughout their lifetime and assisting families with estate administration after the loss of a loved one.

She supports clients in the preparation of wills and powers of attorney, providing bespoke advice depending on her clients’ circumstances and wishes. Tax and estate planning for high-net worth individuals is another area of Pria’s practice and she offers a holistic service under the firm’s PennWills services. She provides assistance with the administration of estates and helps families in matters that range from registration of the death, obtaining grants of probate and letters of administration, liaising with HMRC and arranging for inheritance tax calculations, through to obtaining tax clearance and arranging the distribution of assets.

I understand that clients may be going through a difficult time when they come to see me, and I aim to put them at ease and help take the legal burden off their shoulders. I aim to give them the level of service I would wish for myself.
