Senior associate
Nora is a senior associate in the commercial, IP and IT team with a particular focus on data protection and IT agreements. She has extensive experience of advising on data protection compliance projects and regularly assists clients in the life sciences sector on data protection issues.
In addition to data protection, Nora focuses on IT matters, including advice on open source software issues, drafting SaaS agreements and software development agreements. Nora regularly supports the corporate team and advises on data protection, IP, IT and commercial issues as part of corporate transactions, both buy and sell side. She is experienced in advising on data protection issues on asset transfers, particularly the transfer and use of direct marketing databases.
As a data protection lawyer, I have the opportunity to work with clients in various industries. I enjoy assisting them with data protection and compliance requirements, which need specific consideration depending on their industries.
She also has considerable experience in advising on other commercial matters such as manufacturing agreements, supply agreements and terms and conditions, as well as consumer law compliance.
A native German speaker, Nora has experience of representing clients on commercial matters in both English and German. She holds an Austrian law degree.
