Natasha Cielava

Paralegal

Natasha is a paralegal in the medical negligence and personal injury team, based in the Guildford office. She assists on both medical negligence and personal injury matters and has a varied role in the team, working on a broad range of claims, but with particular focus on catastrophic injury and fatal claims.

Natasha assists on all aspects of claims from initial inception through to completion, including tasks such as organising, attending and notetaking at conferences with counsel and client meetings, liaising with experts, counsel’s clerks, clients and the court on procedural matters, and reviewing medical records and completing chronologies of the records. She also takes and prepares witness statements, approaches and liaises with experts regarding their reports, organises and manages disclosure on high value claims, and assists with schedules of loss.

I assist with a broad range of claims conducted by the Guildford medical negligence and personal injury team, working on the majority of the catastrophic and high value claims the team handles. One of my main roles is being heavily involved in the disclosure and schedule of loss process within cases.
