Marina Ehrlich

Senior knowledge lawyer

Marina is a senior knowledge lawyer in the corporate team. She has a broad range of experience in corporate transactions, including public and private M&A, admissions to AIM and the Main Market, joint ventures, corporate finance, private equity, commercial contracts and general company law matters.

Her knowledge role involves supporting the corporate team by developing precedents, preparing and delivering training, implementing business improvement projects, facilitating a knowledge-sharing culture and promoting cost-effective practices, while keeping up-to-date with legal developments, market practice and distributing information in an accessible format. She also supports the firm with client engagement initiatives and contributes to the wider knowledge strategy, with particular emphasis on using technology to increase efficiency, including through automating documents and processes.

As part of my varied role, I’m keen to promote best practice and identify opportunities that enhance efficiency, including through leveraging technologies, to support our people in delivering a client-centric service.
