Manon Huckle

As a commercial litigator, Manon has a range of experience in dealing with corporate dispute resolution, whether this is via formal court proceedings, including arbitration, or alternative dispute resolution, such as via mediation or expert determination. She is also experienced across multiple appeals forums, having recently appeared in the Court of Appeal on a number of occasions.

Manon’s practice consists of a diverse mix of contentious commercial matters across a variety of sectors including financial services, real estate and general retail. She has experience in advising on commercial contract disputes, often those with a multi-jurisdictional aspect and that involve working closely with the firm’s trusted global network of law firms in other countries and jurisdictions. Manon also assists with matters involving reputation management and privacy issues as well as restructuring and insolvency issues.

She joined Penningtons Manches Cooper as an associate in 2020, having completed her training contract at a well-established London law firm. Prior to her qualification, she obtained her undergraduate degree in law before completing the Legal Practice Course, graduating with distinction.
