Linda leads both the housing team and the team’s sales and homeownership group. She joined Penningtons Manches Cooper in 1999 and became a partner in 2005. Linda advises housing associations (both not for profit and for profit), local authorities and developers across the sector.

A key part of her role is helping clients prioritise and plan documentation and procedures to ensure the smooth delivery of development and sales programmes. Her ability to anticipate and manage the ever-evolving requirements of lenders and changes to the sector has been central to Linda’s success. Linda is known for pioneering client initiatives that are designed to help individuals access affordable home ownership, and she has extensive knowledge of acquisitions and planning agreements.

In my experience, innovation and collaboration are key to driving success and I have spearheaded and worked with clients to design new types of scheme delivery which helps individuals move into affordable home ownership but also to ensure the effective delivery of large sites for sale.
