Kinnari is a senior paralegal in the medical negligence and personal injury team, based in the London office.
Regarded as one of the leading specialist medical negligence teams in the country, the team provides advice in relation to injury or loss suffered as a result of any type of treatment by doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals, with particular expertise in complex injury cases. It also provides advice on a range of cases regarding injuries caused in part or in full by another person, including those resulting from road traffic accidents, incidents at work and accidents overseas.
As a senior paralegal, I am committed to delivering precise and client-focused legal support. With extensive experience in case management, and understanding the civil procedure, I ensure every matter is handled with diligence and efficiency. My goal is to provide exceptional service, helping and supporting clients with confidence and clarity.
With experience in a broad range of medical negligence matters, Kinnari assists all fee earners with all stages of case management, preparing instructions to counsel, court documents and trial bundles. Described by a peer as ‘an invaluable source of knowledge and experience, her organisational skills are second to none’. Kinnari demonstrates a great ability to build and maintain relationships and rapport with clients, experts and counsel. She joined the firm in 2011.
