John Kyriacou

Partner

John is a highly experienced partner in the medical negligence and personal injury team, based in the London office. His expertise spans a wide range of medical negligence claims, including birth injuries, surgical errors, and delayed diagnoses.

With over 35 years’ experience in the fields of medical negligence litigation, having qualified in 1989, John has built a reputation for handling complex, high-value cases involving maximum severity injuries. He is a longstanding member of the AvMA (Action against Medical Accidents) referral panel and has worked for the Police Federation for over three decades, receiving all of its medical negligence referrals. The cases he works on range from cerebral palsy, spinal injury, and complications arising from cardiac surgery, to delayed diagnosis of strokes and cancer. Many of these cases will attract damages in excess of £1 million.

As a specialist in complex medical negligence cases, my priority is to bring clarity and direction to situations that are often overwhelming for clients. I build strong, evidence-based cases with the support of leading medical experts, and take a pragmatic, results-driven approach. My goal is to ensure every client feels supported, fully informed, and empowered throughout the legal process.
