Harriet Vidot

Senior associate

Harriet is a senior associate in the commercial dispute resolution team in London. She acts for corporates, from start-ups, scale-ups and VC-backed enterprises to large multi-nationals, as well as members’ organisations and individuals based in the UK and overseas.

She advises on a wide variety of commercial and financial services disputes, most of which have a multi-jurisdictional or international element. Harriet regularly deals with banking and financial litigation, contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, intellectual property, freezing injunctions, jurisdictional issues and overseas enforcement. She also brings her expertise to the firm’s corporate, commercial, employment, tax and private wealth teams.

I am a strategic, creative problem-solver, focused on helping clients to navigate difficult situations within the framework of the law, while managing risk, always with the client’s end goal in mind. I am frequently sought out for my ability to think ‘outside the box’ and provide swift, clear, pragmatic and commercially focussed advice.
