Harriet is a senior knowledge lawyer within the commercial dispute resolution team. She has extensive experience in a broad range of complex commercial litigation, and plays a key role in legal knowledge development.

She ensures that the team stays ahead of legal developments, particularly in areas of fast-paced change, such as group litigation and multi-jurisdictional disputes. Her work includes organising training sessions, maintaining key precedents, and producing insightful practice notes.

Harriet is recognised as a Lexology ‘legal influencer’ and is a member of the Lexis Case Analysis Expert Panel for Dispute Resolution. She regularly writes for a range of publications, including Law360 and New Law Journal, offering expert analysis on a range of legal developments. Harriet has also contributed to guides on fraud and asset recovery, the enforcement of foreign judgments and most recently on group litigation.

In addition to her writing, Harriet is an experienced speaker and has presented for MBL Seminars and Lexis Webinars, delivering training on dispute resolution and commercial litigation topics. She is also an active member of LegalUK, contributing to initiatives that promote the UK as a global hub for legal services.
