Franck is an avocat in our Paris office who has extensive experience of commercial disputes, criminal law, real estate law and most aspects of French transport law. His expertise also extends to banking, consumer and bankruptcy law. His clients include freight forwarders, road carriers, logistics companies and small and medium-sized businesses in diverse areas of the economy such as real estate agents, property dealers, retailers and restaurateurs.

Franck started his legal career at Richards Butler then set up and ran his own law firm for almost 15 years before joining the judiciary as a trainee judge. Following two law degrees at the University Paul Cezanne of Aix-en-Provence and Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas respectively, Franck qualified as an avocat in the Paris bar in 2002 and is currently registered with the Rouen bar. As a member of the Propeller Club of the United States in Rouen, Franck has also worked for various maritime interests. 

He joined Penningtons Manches Cooper as a senior fee earner in 2019. He speaks both French - his mother tongue - and English and has lectured at Université de Rouen-Normandie for 15 years.
