Anoushka is a senior associate in the corporate team, with a strong focus on venture capital transactions, advising both companies and investors on a wide range of investment rounds.

She is particularly interested in working with early-stage companies that are taking risks to build exciting new businesses. Anoushka enjoys working with clients that challenge the status quo and push themselves to make an impact. She is renowned for managing transactions in an upbeat and organised manner and providing concise advice.

My consistent passion has been to advise high-growth companies and investors building innovative businesses that address global challenges, throughout their life cycle. I’m focused on being a commercial advisor to our clients, and not just another service provider.

Anoushka Gangji, Senior associate

Focusing on clients’ long-term objectives is at the core of Anoushka’s practice and she offers a commercial and pragmatic approach to venture deals. Her experience also includes advising on a variety of corporate transactions in the life sciences and technology sectors, including acquisitions and disposals. Prior to joining Penningtons Manches Cooper, Anoushka worked at a leading American law firm, where she advised on a number of venture capital investments, gaining valuable experience which has since shaped her approach to her current practice.
