Lizzie is an associate in the medical negligence team in Guildford.
She has experience in supporting individuals with a range of life-changing issues, including lower limb amputations, diabetes, sepsis, surgical errors, fatal claims, delays in diagnosis of cancer claims, and orthopaedic negligence claims. Lizzie also assists on high-value, complex cases of maximum severity, including cases involving birth injury, amputation and cauda equina.
I am committed to achieving the best results for my clients and I do not take lightly the trust that they put in me to guide them through what is often one of the most difficult times of their lives. I go above and beyond to ensure that they understand what is happening throughout the process.
Lizzie has experience in dealing with claims against private clinicians, NHS trusts, and GPs, including cases where there are multiple defendants and a dispute as to who the responsible party is. She strives to have a long-lasting positive impact on her clients, who have gone through life changing injuries or loss as a result of negligence, working hard to achieve the best settlements possible for them with the hope of eliminating, or at least reducing, their concerns about the financial impact of their injuries or loss. Lizzie joined the firm as an associate in 2025. She previously trained at a large national law firm where she qualified as a solicitor in 2023.
