He is a leading UK lawyer for group actions, including in claims against solicitors for mis-sold properties. His media profile, client following, and reputation for getting results set him apart from competitors. Additionally, David has strong expertise in transport regulatory work, including representing clients at public inquiries and advising goods vehicle and passenger service operators on regulatory matters and road traffic prosecutions.
