David is a partner in the commercial dispute resolution team and leads the professional negligence practice. He specialises in all aspects of dispute resolution and in high-value, multi-party professional negligence actions against solicitors and other professionals.

He is a leading UK lawyer for group actions, including in claims against solicitors for mis-sold properties. His media profile, client following, and reputation for getting results set him apart from competitors. Additionally, David has strong expertise in transport regulatory work, including representing clients at public inquiries and advising goods vehicle and passenger service operators on regulatory matters and road traffic prosecutions. He holds a Certificate of Professional Competence.

Advising a group of over 90 claimants in proceedings against Graham & Rosen solicitors concerning purchases in failed hotel and student accommodation developments.

Acting for a group of 138 Hong Kong private investors in UK fractional sales schemes.
