Camilla is an associate in the private client team in London, advising on a broad spectrum of private wealth issues, with a particular focus on UK and international tax and succession issues. She acts for domestic, non-domiciled and non-resident individuals, together with trustees, families and family offices.
Camilla is experienced in succession and estate planning, preparing wills and lasting powers of attorney, pre-arrival and pre-departure planning for non-UK domiciled individuals, as well as the creation of trust and other structures. She also deals with trusts and the administration of estates, including applications for grants of probate, post-death variations of estates and the re-sealing of colonial grants.
I am sought out for my ability to distil complex legal issues in an easily digestible and client-focused format. I aim to build long-term relationships with families and trustees to act as a sounding board and a reassuring pair of hands across the generations.
A member of STEP, the world’s leading organization for private wealth professionals, Camilla has recently completed the STEP Diploma. She was shortlisted as ‘associate of the year’ in Citywealth’s ‘Future Leaders’ awards in both 2022 and 2023.
Camilla has worked for a single family office in London and for a leading trust company in Geneva, giving her a unique insight into the needs, priorities and concerns of her clients. She spent time working in Singapore, Switzerland and the Cayman Islands, which deepened her understanding of the concerns of her internationally mobile clients.
