Arran Macleod

Senior associate

Arran is a senior associate in the medical negligence team, acting on behalf of claimants.

He deals with a mixed case load consisting of medical negligence claims against NHS hospitals, private hospitals and surgeons, and GPs in a number of different medical fields. Arran has a wealth of experience in complex claims relating to delayed diagnoses of cancers (prostate, colorectal, gynaecological and lung cancer), and negligence in orthopaedic (knee, hip, foot and ankle, wrist and shoulder) surgery and management.

I am passionate about patient safety and helping clients who have suffered life altering injuries as a result of negligence in their medical care to obtain the compensation they need and deserve to return to living their life as normally as possible.
