Anthea Christie

Partner

Anthea is a partner in the employment team in London. She advises on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, with a particular focus on all forms of discrimination, whistleblowing claims and regulatory issues affecting police officers.

She represents clients in the Employment Tribunal, High Court and the appellate courts. Since qualifying in 2004, Anthea has focussed and developed her practice in advising staff associations and trade unions on all aspects of employment law, including regulatory and governance issues and internal policies and procedures. She also advises and acts on behalf of their members in complex claims. Over the last 10 years, Anthea has become increasingly involved in dealing with large group litigation claims in the Employment Tribunal and High Court.

I have dedicated my career to advising and representing trade unions, staff associations and claimants in employment disputes. It is not always easy for people to stand up for themselves when facing challenges in the workplace, and I am committed to empowering people to find and use their voice.
