Ann Marsden

Partner (Abogado)

Ann is a partner in the marine, trade and aviation team. She handles a broad range of commercial disputes with a strong focus on issues arising out of the travel, tourism and leisure sectors.

She provides advice to companies and insurers across Spain, Latin America and the UK, particularly in relation to contentious matters involving personal injury, including serious incidents such as assaults and fatalities. Her client base includes major cruise operators and their P&I insurers, for whom she handles on board accident investigations and manages claims brought by both passengers and crew members. In addition, Ann frequently represents hotel chains, tour organisers and insurers in connection with complex cross-border injury and illness claims arising from package holidays and excursions.

As a specialist in handling maritime and commercial matters, I am a strategic thinker and a clear communicator who can bridge legal and cultural gaps on cross-jurisdictional matters. I enjoy tackling diverse issues and finding pragmatic solutions, and clients often trust me to resolve sensitive matters requiring a diplomatic approach.
