Afeefah is a senior associate in the firm’s immigration team. She has an excellent reputation for providing a high-quality immigration service to multinational clients and large private sector clients in a range of industry areas.

As a corporate immigration specialist, her work includes providing strategic advice to major companies, supporting start-ups through the sponsor licence application process, helping organisations of all sizes to ensure immigration compliance, and assisting HR teams on the prevention of illegal working through the conduct of audits and right to work checks. A member of the Immigration Law Practitioners Association, Afeefah has spoken about immigration matters at roundtable discussions for both the Industry and Parliament Trust and the Confederation of British Industry (CBI). She delivers regular training to corporate clients and helps them to ensure they can hire and retain talent from overseas while navigating the complex and changing landscape of immigration laws.
