Profile

Sarah is a commercial property lawyer in Penningtons Manches Cooper’s real estate investors team. She is based in the firm’s London office.

Acting for a variety of clients including institutional investors, private companies and property funds, Sarah deals with a wide range of real estate matters relating to non-contentious landlord and tenant work, development projects, acquisitions and disposals and real estate finance.

She joined Penningtons Manches Cooper in 2020, having qualified as a solicitor at a global law firm in 2018.

Recent work highlights

Acting in respect of three English properties in a €45 million refinancing of a UK property portfolio with a GBP tranche of £17 million.
Advising on the proposed redevelopment of a major central London transport hub.
Acting for a large pension fund on the sale of a central London retail and office building for £12.7 million.
