Charlotte is a senior associate in the housing development team, based in the London office.

She acts for both registered providers of social housing and private developers, advising clients on a wide spectrum of documentation including conditional and unconditional land contracts, development agreements, options, planning agreements, and associated infrastructure documents. Charlotte’s expertise ensures that her clients navigate the complexities of social housing development with confidence and clarity.

Prior to joining the firm in 2019, Charlotte worked as an associate in a social housing property securitisation team at another City firm. This experience gives her a valuable oversight of the lifecycle of a social housing real estate transaction. At the acquisition stage, she advises clients on issues which could impact the future chargeability of their stock, providing strategic insights that help mitigate risks and enhance the viability of their projects. Charlotte’s comprehensive understanding of both the legal and practical aspects of social housing transactions makes her an invaluable asset to her clients.
