Paralegal

Kamil is a paralegal in the real estate litigation team based in London. He has experience dealing with disputes in relation to residential real estate and social housing.

He assists multiple fee earners within the team, often taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of cases at various stages of the litigation process, with a particular focus on the block and estate management sector. Kamil’s work includes supporting possession claims, handling matters involving housing defects and access injunctions, and providing broader litigation support. His responsibilities range from preparing court documents and instructing counsel to drafting witness statements, preparing court bundles, and undertaking legal research.

As the first point of contact for clients navigating real estate disputes, I ensure their objectives are clearly understood and effectively pursued. I build strong, trust-based relationships, giving clients confidence their matters are in safe hands, while proactively advancing each case and delivering positive, results-driven outcomes.

Kamil Zelechowski, Paralegal

Kamil graduated from the University of Reading in 2022, where he obtained a first-class law degree and subsequently achieved a distinction in the LPC MSc in law and business at the University of Law in 2023. Prior to joining Penningtons Manches Cooper in 2025, Kamil developed a foundation of real estate litigation experience through his previous role as a real estate litigation paralegal at a specialist London-based firm. Kamil is also a member of the Property Litigation Association.

Lucy Aylmer

Paralegal

Lucy is a paralegal in the real estate disputes team based in London. Working on a diverse case load of pre-action and issued claims, she assists the team in preparing court documents and instructing counsel, drafting witness statements, and undertaking legal research.

Alongside her disputes practice, Lucy also works on co-ownership disputes, including claims brought under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 (TOLATA). She also has a strong interest in private client and art law. As a junior fee earner, she is a member of the Young Art Lawyers Association and regularly attends their events, networking with legal and art-world professionals.

I enjoy advising clients on complex real estate disputes. I aim to provide clear and tailored advice to suit to the unique needs of my clients, ensuring they feel supported throughout the process.

Lucy Aylmer, Paralegal

Lucy is an active member of the firm’s art, cultural property and luxury law group, where she contributes articles and provides strategic input to support the growth and profile of the group. She is also involved in the firm’s pro bono committee and helps coordinate volunteering programmes that support the firm’s corporate social responsibility initiatives. Since graduating from the University of Exeter in 2022, Lucy has completed the PGDL, SQE 1 and SQE 2.

Mollie Harris

Junior paralegal

Mollie is a junior paralegal in the travel team. She assists with both foreign and UK-based personal injury claims, working closely with clients and overseas lawyers.

Additionally, she liaises with counsel, attends conferences, and supports the drafting of legal documents. Mollie provides support throughout the lifecycle of claims. Her work requires a strong understanding of cross‑border issues and effective coordination with international counterparts.

Mollie Harris, Junior paralegal

Mollies studied at University College London, where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and philosophy. She subsequently completed the Postgraduate Diploma in Law at The University of Law, achieving a distinction. Her academic background has equipped her with strong analytical skills alongside linguistic and cultural fluency. Prior to joining the firm in September 2025, Mollie worked with the Civil Service, where she assisted on sensitive cases as a Spanish interpreter. This experience strengthened her attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to communicate clearly in high‑pressure and confidential environments. She brings a thoughtful, organised, and client‑focused approach to her work, supporting the travel team in delivering effective and efficient outcomes for clients.

Stanley Harris

Paralegal

Stanley is a paralegal in the contentious trust and probate team. He supports the expert team with handling complex disputes such as inheritance claims, trust disputes, professional negligence claims and executor and administrator disputes.

In 2019, Stanley originally joined Penningtons Manches Cooper as administration support and has since shown dedication by developing his legal and professional skills internally. In 2022 he became a PA before becoming a paralegal in 2024.

I always strive to give the best service to clients, which is particularly important in my team given the nature of our work. It is a pleasure to support those who may be having a difficult time after the loss of a loved one.

Stanley Harris , Paralegal

Stanley has engaged in a number of charity events, including the ‘make a will’ scheme in conjunction with a local hospice. He assisted with arranging appointments and corresponding with the individual and couples who were donating to the hospice whilst having new wills made. Stanley has also attended various charity quiz and fundraising nights, which included raising money for good causes, such as end of life care and mental health. Prior to joining Penningtons Manches Cooper, Stanley worked as a personal injury case handler, as well as working in the finance department of another law firm.

Sachin Pindoria

Paralegal

Sachin is a paralegal in the immigration team, based in London. He advises individuals and businesses on various areas of immigration law. His key role is to aid the team on a broad range of immigration routes, which span skilled worker visas to international sportsperson visas.

Having spent more than six months at a boutique law firm, Sachin has experience of being the first point of contact for many businesses seeking immigration and employment advice. He has also built up expertise within the health and care sector, having regularly advised leading care home operators across the UK with the visa and sponsorship processes for their employees.

Regina Meleji

Paralegal

Regina is a paralegal in the commercial dispute resolution team and works out of the firm’s Oxford office. She assists with a broad range of commercial disputes, acting for both private individuals and corporate clients.

Working closely with Charlie Shillito, Regina’s practice covers a range of areas, including advising on commercial contracts, shareholder disputes, debt recovery and professional negligence claims. She has been involved in UK and cross-border litigation and has extensive experience of taking claims through the County Court to the High Court.

I am a dedicated paralegal with a client-centric approach, ensuring that clients’ interests are safeguarded and they are supported throughout the litigation process. This commitment to understanding and addressing client needs is central to my work at Penningtons.

Regina Meleji, Paralegal

Regina also works closely with the firm’s credit control team to manage debts owed to the firm. Her role involves liaising with the team to ensure efficient debt recovery processes, analysing outstanding debts, and implementing strategies to expedite payments. Her proactive approach and dedication to her clients make her an asset to the commercial dispute resolution team, particularly in the area of recoveries work. Graduating with a first-class law degree from Aston University in 2022, Regina joined Penningtons in 2024.

Paula Vertz

Senior paralegal

Paula is a senior paralegal in the Court of Protection team. She has experience in the administration and management of personal injury trusts and works with cross-jurisdictional deputyships.

As a member of the team, Paula assists and supports deputies and trustees with the day-to-day management of clients’ finances. She is a point of contact for clients and their families in many aspects of their needs such as education, banking, insurance, property works or issues and applications for benefits. She also assists senior colleagues on the long-term planning and management of deputyships and trusts including budgeting, financial planning, litigation work, the purchasing of property, arrangements for specialist adaptations and applications to the Court of Protection.

I enjoy using my organisation and communication skills to support and assist clients and their families, and supporting senior members of the team to make sympathetic and practical decisions to meet clients’ best interests.

Paula Vertz, Senior paralegal

Prior to joining Penningtons Manches Cooper, Paula worked with individuals challenging their deprivations of liberty under section 21A and section 16 of the Mental Capacity Act 2005. Paula has an LLM in professional legal practice from The University of Law, and a masters in international business from Ecole Superieure de Commerce – Grenoble, France.

Lorraine Smith

Senior paralegal

Lorraine is a senior paralegal in the medical negligence team and is based in the firm’s Basingstoke office. She has been a member of the team, in various roles, since 2005, and works alongside colleagues, ranging from associates to partners, to ensure the smooth running of cases and acts as a key contact for clients.

Lorraine assists with claims against NHS trusts, GPs and private healthcare providers in a number of different medical fields, including obstetrics, paediatrics, gynaecology, general surgery, oncology, sepsis, delayed diagnosis and surgical error. She also helps the team with cases involving families who have lost a relative as a result of their medical treatment.

I enjoy making a difference to our clients’ lives, supporting them through what can be an extremely stressful time. When working on their cases, I try to adopt a gentle and understanding approach that validates their experience.

Lorraine Smith, Senior paralegal

With an excellent understanding of the sensitive issues involved, Lorraine works hard to ensure that clients recover the compensation to which they are entitled. She ensures that clients feel comfortable when describing the issues they have faced and that their evidence – for example, in witness statements – is captured accurately. Lorraine also deals with the key documentary evidence obtained in cases to ensure that this is presented clearly and in an efficient manner.

Haemorrhage resulting from fall

Working alongside a partner in the team on behalf of a client who suffered a fall whilst in hospital which caused a subarachnoid haemorrhage.

Hannah Hope

Senior paralegal

Hannah is a senior paralegal in the medical negligence team, based in the firm’s Basingstoke office. A key member of the team, she supports both partners and associates on a day-to-day basis with all aspects of their cases.

This includes the forensic analysis of medical records to identify where the basis for a claim may lie, consideration of investigation reports, collation and disclosure of evidence, taking witness statements, and assisting with compliance of court directions in litigated claims. She has excellent knowledge in a wide range of medical fields, particularly specialising in obstetrics, oncology, gynaecology and sepsis claims, as well as many other areas of medicine, and is a key contact for clients. Hannah enjoys assisting clients from their initial discussions about the care they have received, to providing support and guidance throughout their claims. She builds excellent relationships with them through what can be a difficult and challenging process, and receives excellent feedback on her empathetic client care.

Hannah Hope, Senior paralegal

Hannah has been a member of the medical negligence team since 2016, and prior to this she worked in litigation and personal injury for many years. She has an excellent understanding of the legal tests required to establish a medical negligence claim and the funding options available. Her attention to detail helps to ensure all aspects of the claim are considered thoroughly and are clearly and accurately documented throughout.

Raghu Kamasetty Srinivas

Senior paralegal

Raghu is a business intelligence and patent litigation specialist and has a master’s degree in pharmaceutical technology. He has extensive experience in assisting generic agrochemical and pharmaceutical companies with commercial launches of patent-protected products. He has dealt with formulation patents, polymorph patents, combination patents and method of use patents.

For more than 15 years Raghu has been involved in intellectual property rights management, encompassing patent litigation and oppositions, patent infringement analysis, patent portfolio analysis and competitive intelligence, intellectual property mapping, patent risk management and freedom to operate analyses. He has managed patent enforcement activities in a wide variety of jurisdictions, including in Europe, Australia and South American countries such as Brazil, Mexico and Chile.

I particularly enjoy helping clients to make strategic decisions on complex patent-related questions and seeing the resulting positive commercial results. My in-house experience as a patent specialist gives me insights into the way clients think about their problems, which I am excited now to apply from a different perspective.

Raghu Kamasetty Srinivas, Senior paralegal

Raghu is familiar with the identification of on- and off-patent opportunities for clients, including devising and formulating design‐around strategies and invalidity opinions. He has many years of in-house experience and is familiar with gathering patent-related business intelligence, competitor mapping and strategic decision-making.  Raghu’s pharmaceutical experience, includes managing the ‘skinny labelling’ process in-house, overseeing additions and deletions to the approved label for products such as the drugs travoprost and ciclosporin and liaising with regulatory and clinical teams.
