Associate

Saffa is an associate in the charities team, based in the London office. She specialises in acting for a wide range of charities, not for profit, and social enterprise clients. Her wide expertise covers a variety of matters including setting up, merging, and incorporating charities, and she often provides advice on governance matters, Charity Commission applications, trustee training, and permanent endowment.

As a named person on the Charity Commission’s Interim Manager panel, Saffa has assisted on matters where an Interim Manager has been appointed. This includes regularly liaising with the Charity Commission, trustees and other relevant third parties. She has experience in acting for clients of all sizes, from local village halls and museums to faith and grant-making charities and Oxbridge colleges.

He advises both UK-based and international individuals on inheritance tax and succession planning including lifetime gifts, setting up trusts and family investment companies, and putting in place tax efficient UK and cross-border wills. Yong Yee Lee

Associate

Yong Yee is an associate in the Singapore office. As a member of the marine, trade and aviation team, he works on matters across a wide variety of wet and dry shipping and shipping-related disputes.
