Julian Perez-Durias

Associate

Julian is an associate in the shipping and aviation teams. He has broad experience of working on maritime and aerospace disputes, often taking carriage of matters through High Court or London arbitration procedures.

With comprehensive experience of advising on insurance and reinsurance matters, Julian has been heavily involved in the multi-billion dollar aviation insurance claims arising out of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, working on all aspects of the litigation. He has been responsible for handling marine and aviation insurance claims on behalf of insureds, and has also acted for marine underwriters, preparing detailed advice on a variety of coverage issues.

Tom is an associate in the Oxford family team, advising on all aspects of family law. His work includes divorce, financial disputes, children, cohabitation and Family Law Act matters as well as pre-nuptial agreements and post-nuptial agreements.

He has experience working on complex high net worth financial remedy cases, including those involving complex business interests, international assets, crypto-assets, conduct issues and the enforcement of financial orders. Tom has also assisted clients with disputes regarding children, including those with elements of international child abduction, relocation and domestic abuse.

Tom Palmer-Anderson, Associate

Jen Parker

Associate

Jen is an associate in the immigration team, and practices a broad spectrum of personal and business matters, as well as nationality cases. She has worked with an extremely wide range of clients, from first applications and through extensions, to settlement and citizenship applications.

She has particular expertise in personal immigration, exceptional applications, and those engaging human rights. Jen has secured exceptional grants when applicants cannot meet requirements in varying circumstances, raising a range of arguments depending on the case. Her experience extends to complex appeal and judicial review litigation. Jen has also prepared reports for family court proceedings as an expert in immigration law.

I advise on all aspects of immigration and nationality law, with a particular focus on personal immigration and exceptional matters. This informs my tailored and pragmatic approach. Grace is an associate in the personal injury and medical negligence team. Based in the Basingstoke office, she acts for clients across the UK who have experienced injuries as a result of negligent gynaecological care, mismanagement of labour, and stillbirths.

She also has experience of handling cases for clients who are suffering from the effects of delayed diagnosis and misdiagnosis, as well as assisting senior members of the team on complex stroke and brain injury claims, and advising clients with life-altering injuries. She has supported claimants through fatal cases, including neonatal death, surgical and oncology claims.

Sarah is an associate in the housing team, specialising in development work.

She acts for registered providers of social housing on land acquisitions, often subject to planning, which includes advising on and negotiating associated planning agreements, ensuring suitability from a charging perspective.
