Penningtons Manches Cooper acts for finnCap on IPO of Fadel Partners Inc
The corporate team at Penningtons Manches Cooper has advised finnCap in its role as nominated adviser and broker to Fadel Partners Inc (AIM: FADL) on its IPO on AIM, valuing the company at £28.8 million.
The admission of Fadel’s share capital to AIM has involved a primary raise of £7.5 million.
Fadel is a leading developer of cloud-based brand compliance and rights and royalty management software, working with some of the world’s leading licensors and licensees across media, entertainment, publishing, consumer brands and hi-tech/gaming companies.
It is intended that Fadel will use the proceeds from the primary raise to invest in sales into a growing market, conduct effective marketing and R&D to continue to innovate and develop its products, reinforce growth, and provide general working capital.
London-based corporate partner Seb Orton led on this deal with assistance from associates Emily MacDonald and Jenny Wright.
Jonny Franklin-Adams, co-head of corporate finance for finnCap commented: “Seb Orton and the team at Penningtons Manches Cooper have done a fantastic job on this IPO and we have valued their expertise as well as their responsive and practical approach throughout.”
