We invite you to join us for our next HR leaders forum, which will focus on communications strategies when navigating sensitive and high-stakes issues.
This roundtable session will be facilitated by members of our employment and reputation management teams along with Kate Miller of DRD Partnership – a strategic communications firm – giving you the opportunity to discuss the following topics:
Communicating executive changes
- How to handle sudden departures with transparency while protecting reputation.
- Managing the narrative of new appointments.
Social media and employee conduct
- How to respond to employee activism or posting of controversial content.
- How to balance freedom of expression with company values.
Sensitive issues
- Crisis comms around workplace allegations e.g. whistleblowing, misconduct, discrimination.
- Handling investigations.
- Handling internal leaks.
Chatham House rules will apply.
