Permanent disability after hospital roof fall

Due to serious failings in the hospital’s duty of care – including inadequate supervision, failure to secure exit doors properly, and ineffective safety barriers – he was able to access a flat roof area. From there, he fell, suffering catastrophic injuries.

As a result of the fall, our client was left permanently disabled and now requires 24-hour care in a residential setting. He has been unable to return to independent living.
