We are committed to supporting our employees in how, when and where they work. This is why we have introduced our hybrid working policy which enables our employees to work an average of 50% of their working hours from home or another suitable UK location on an agile basis. A separate flexible working policy also exists for those who want to discuss making permanent changes to their working hours, pattern or place of work. Both our hybrid working policy and commitment to flexible working allow our employees to establish more sustainable ways of working and manage work-life balance.
