With a dedicated focus on standard draught beer fonts, Porter Lancastrian has achieved a leading position in this market segment in the UK.
The Penningtons Manches Cooper team was led by corporate partner Simon Bickerdike, with support from corporate senior associate Hannah McIlwraith and associates Danielle Broadhead and Holly Sargeant. The wider team included employment senior associate Liz Cardy, real estate senior associate Nellie van der Lande and pensions senior associate Clare Coley.
Søren Vilby, CEO of Micro Matic, commented: “The acquisition of Porter Lancastrian clearly indicates our high expectation of the UK market, Europe’s largest market for draught beer. Acquiring Porter Lancastrian will allow us to form close relationships with our UK customers and together we will strengthen our UK market position.”
