Profile

Lyndsey is a senior associate in our Guildford real estate team. She joined the firm in January 2012 having qualified in September 2010 and is a regular contributor to the firm’s real estate update for clients.

She advises on a broad range of commercial property matters including secured lending, acquisitions and disposals relating to development land, industrial estates and residential developments, and she specialises in landlord and tenant work. She works for large national retailers, banking institutions and large investors with expansive property portfolios.

Lyndsey is an active member of our hotel and leisure sector group and regularly supports the corporate department on the property aspects of asset and share purchases. She is also a committee member for Women in Property Guildford.
